The session that I had with Thomas was insightful and eye-opening. As someone who is almost totally unaware of the various financial planning and insurance options available for me, Thomas guided and educated me through the process. He was personable, friendly and empathetic throughout the session and gave clear and sound advise according to my current needs in life. He did not attempt any hard-selling or "cunning" marketing tactics, instead he displayed professionalism and transparency during the session. Although I have yet to take up any plans with him, I would be more than happy to have him as my go-to agent in the long run.
