One distinctive trait that I have observed about Thomas since our junior college days is his shocking ability to consistently deliver. If he makes you a promise, you can definitely count on him to keep it. If he agrees to a deadline, then regardless of how exhausted he is, or how tight the deadline is, he will meet it without any excuses. I recall that on several occasions when I stayed over at Thomas's place to get work done, there were times when I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed him preparing work that was due a few days away - simply because "It was his personal responsibility to ensure that things are done promptly and correctly". Outside of work, Thomas's reliability has also extended into our friendship. Thomas has helped me through some of the darkest times in my life because he has always been present. Once, when I needed to head to the hospital due to a medical emergency, Thomas was already there when I arrived at the hospital. He has been constantly present not only when I needed help, but when my family and friends needed help too. There are few people who can rival Thomas's pride in his work and dependability as a friend. I can say with conviction that Thomas's clients are in good hands. And with my testimonial, I hope they can find solace in knowing that someone as dependable and committed as him is there for them.
